หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, service excellent and security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising guidelines, inventory control, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train store staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes to optimize sales and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and integrity, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, and marketing, to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Others tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and empower team members.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
