หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the SOC team in identifying and responding to security incidents in real-time.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats.
• Ensure proper use and optimization of SOC tools, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
• Coordinate threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response efforts across departments.
• Provide detailed incident reports to senior management and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, system audits, and security drills.
• Collaborate with external partners, including managed security service providers (MSSP) and third-party vendors.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience working with security products like Antivirus, Firewalls, Endpoint Solutions, Network Security, and Security Platforms.
• Experience conducting market research and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Prior experience managing a SOC team is highly advantageous.
• Expertise in cybersecurity threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• In-depth knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and other cybersecurity technologies.
• Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection, and network security.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as CISSP, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Holding certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, Security+, or GSEC is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity market trends and competitor analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
