หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Set up and manage promotions within the POS system, ensuring they are accurately configured and aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Add new products to the POS system, including setting up selling buttons and configuring pricing, taxes, and other relevant details.
• Configure and update raw materials in the POS system to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management.
• Regularly update and maintain the POS system to reflect changes in product offerings, promotions, and inventory.
• Provide support to store staff and managers on how to use and navigate the POS system, particularly when new products or promotions are introduced.
• Diagnose and resolve any issues related to POS configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and operations teams to ensure that the POS system is fully aligned with business needs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciecne , Computer Engineering or related fields
• Experience with POS systems, particularly in configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the role of POS systems in sales and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in configuring promotions, products, and raw materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users on the POS system.
