หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Continuously familiarize with the internal business processes of the sales team and understand customers’ needs;
• Collaborate with the sales team to produce daily, weekly, and monthly data reports and analyses;
• Assist to Ast. Operation Manager in supporting the daily operations of the sales team, organize and analyze sales data, and provide sales operation support work, such as:
• Data update and release for the sales team
• Design, execution, and result statistics and release of various incentive activities for the sales team;
• Customer referral activities, promotion of activity, customer retention and conversion, etc;
• Assist the sales team in improving payment conversion rates through operational means such as designing activities and creating images;
• Possess good learning ability, planning ability, and execution ability;
• Chinese Eng Thai translation work;
• Proficient in Chinese Eng Thai
