หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Training Program Development: Design and develop training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules focused on enhancing customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
• 2. Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring all team members are well-versed in the company’s customer service standards and procedures.
• 3. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and adjust training content as needed.
• 4. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by providing new employees with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their roles.
• 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer service to continuously improve training programs and materials.
• 6. Coaching and Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to customer service representatives to reinforce training concepts and encourage professional development.
• 7. Collaboration: Work closely with CS management and other departments to ensure training programs align with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• 8. Reporting: Track and report on training outcomes, employee progress, and areas for further development.
