Responsible for managing sales activities related to our services and solutions.

Build and develop positive relationships with new customers. and maintain good relationships with current customers.

Understand customer needs and coordinate with relevant departments to propose appropriate solutions.

Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and follow up to closing.

Serve as the primary liaison and feedback channel for the technical team in executing sales contracts and ensuring smooth delivery to customers.

Supply management with reports such as sales forecasts Pipeline updates and progress of sales activities

Provide basic product knowledge to customers.

Bachelor's degree or higher

Architectural related background or experience.

Able to travel in and outside Bangkok and have a personal car.

Able to have offline meeting with management one day a week.

Able to cold-call and visit existing and new clients everyday.

Able to provide the kick-off report / weekly visit report / sales forecast report / and three year plan report.

Able to arrange the company / project presentation and present to clients.

Service-minded, and goal oriented are a must.

Can use English and Thai well.

Proficient in Microsift Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Strong relationship building skills teamwork and working together Has good logic and is thorough.

Have good communication and presentation skills.
