ติดต่อ ผู้ซื้อ/ผู้เช่า developer เจ้าของบ้านของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และ co-agent เพื่อให้บริการผู้ซื้อ/ผู้เช่า ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ให้คำแนะนำกับ ผู้เช่า/ผู้ซื้อ ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับการจัดหาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ด้วยราคาที่เหมาะสม และตรงกับความต้องการของ ผู้เช่า/ผู้ซื้อ นำเสนอ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้แก่ลูกค้า และอำนวยความสะดวกในการปิดสัญญาเช่า/การซื้อ/ขาย ระหว่างเจ้าของบ้าน/ผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และผู้เช่า/ผู้ซื้อ

ให้คำแนะนำแก่ ผู้เช่า/ผู้ซื้อ เพื่อจัดหา นำเสนอห้อง หรือ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า เพื่อค้นหาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ให้บริกาลูกค้า เพื่อพาลูกค้าเข้าชมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และให้ทำสัญญาก่อนย้ายเข้าอยู่ และเป็นคนกลางระหว่าง เจ้าของบ้าน หรือ developer และ ผู้เช่า/ผู้ซื้อ
