As for our company, we are a newly created real estate company and our objective is to gain significant market share in that market. Our experience in the real-estate and management field has offer us the opportunity to move fast on this very ambitious field.

As you know, we are now looking for a secretarial position. We expect actually from our new employee to do much more than the secretarial job. The position will include the following responsibilities:
- Managing the secretarial tasks
- Daily update of the properties database
- Client coordination
- Sales activities
- Marketing activities

As you can see the position is very challenging but you would always be working in coordination with the current staff.

As for the salaray: In real estate business, salary is divided in two parts, a fix salary and a variable salary depending on the sales results (commissions).
Our company value the good worker and therefore offer an extremely high commissions (20%, instead of the 12% that our competitor normally offer to their staff).

- Fix salary : 15'000 THB
- Commission : 20% of company's rental AND sales commission.


The location. Our office is located in Asoke, at a walking distance to Asoke BTS.
