The ADB and UNAIDS have established a collaborative project to support national authorities and their partners in Asia and the Pacific to plan, cost and deliver effective, scaled-up HIV responses. This will be achieved through improved access to, and utilization of, strategic information, planning tools, skills development and technical assistance opportunities for national authorities, civil society, and other stakeholders.
