My husband and I are running an existing business called Next Design, which has been a leading internet content provider and online marketer for US & European sites since 2002. We want to hire an assistant to work home based who can help free up some of our time to focus on starting a new company that we will be launching next year, called iMunch, a website (under development) that takes orders for restaurants for delivery, pick up and catering. For Next Design- the assistant does not deal with our clients, her main tasks would be to provide online support to my managers and employees via Gtalk or skype if they need to ask something or relay messages back to us, supervise that my employees are online at their stations working, calculate their payroll every two weeks, and compile the company gross earnings weekly, create log in IDs for new employees on our client's websites etc. For iMunch - the assistant will probably not be asked to do much for this company at this point, but later on she might need to contact future restaurants & do some market research. Every now and then we also might ask her to do some personal stuff for us like write emails or make some phone calls on our behalf, make travel arrangements etc. The initial training will be done in Singapore for 3-4 weeks, plane tickets and accommodation paid for by the company.
