Achieve a sales target. Expand and develop the Thai-market. Visit new customers. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Sales and Technical support specialize for Automotive Battery and auto parts for customer. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-up, and closed sales. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Issuing Invoice / Delivery note or any related document. Coordinate with warehouse for delivery products to customers. Manage and prepare the internal financial reports and P/L report and forecasts. Manage and oversee monthly VAT & other tax reporting. Implementation and integrating company financial/accounting part in new ERP system of the company. Handle accounting of Fixed Asset and generate monthly depreciation entries in system. Review accuracy of accounting transactions and payment voucher to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and according to Thai accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles standards. Dealing with Revenue Department for VAT refund and prepare required reports for any audit.
