Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirement. Develops detailed documentation and specifications. Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports. Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing.

Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and implement system solutions based on business requirements and existing system capabilities. • Design, develop and maintain software applications to support business operations and enhance system functionality. Create and maintain APIs for system integration and data exchange. Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of third-party systems and software. Manage vendor-related tasks, including requirements gathering, testing, and support. Create and execute test plans to ensure configurations are accurate before deployment.
